Durability. Elegance. Precision.

The Starting Point for Every Fabricator.

Mill finish aluminum sheet is the backbone of metal fabrication — raw, versatile, and ready for anything.

At Aluminum Supply Company (ASCO), we stock a comprehensive range of mill finish aluminum sheet and plate in the industry’s most requested alloys, tempers, and gauges. Whether you’re forming, bending, welding, or machining, mill finish aluminum provides the clean, consistent base your projects demand.

Our sheets arrive smooth and uniform, straight from the mill — uncoated, unpainted, and ideal for both fabrication and finishing. They serve as the perfect substrate for anodizing, painting, or powder coating, yet remain visually appealing in their natural metallic state.

Why Mill Finish Aluminum?

Formability Meets Function.

Mill finish aluminum is soft, workable, and easy to cut, shear, or form — yet strong enough to handle structural needs.

It welds cleanly, resists corrosion naturally, and weighs roughly one-third as much as steel, making it the go-to material across architectural, industrial, and fabrication applications.

Applications

Alloy Performance Review

Soft and highly formable. Excellent for bending, spinning, and stamping. Common in decorative, architectural, and ductwork applications.

The benchmark alloy for anodizing. Produces uniform, high-quality finishes ideal for architectural use.

High-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy — ideal for marine, signage, and transportation components. Excellent post-finish anodize results.

Heat-treated structural alloy offering strength comparable to mild steel at one-third the weight. Common in framing, brackets, and heavy assemblies.

Applications

Mill finish aluminum sheets and plates are used across industries for both function and aesthetics.
