Protection. Performance. Proven Reliability.

Zinc-Coated Strength Built to Endure.

ASCO’s galvanized steel sheet provides superior corrosion resistance through the time-tested process of hot-dip galvanizing. Each sheet is immersed in a molten zinc bath, forming a metallurgical bond that shields the underlying steel from oxidation and rust.

This zinc barrier protects against moisture, abrasion, and impact, extending service life in demanding construction, industrial, and fabrication environments.

From framing to fascia clips, galvanized steel is the backbone of durable, cost-effective performance.

Why Choose Galvanized Steel

Galvanized steel is a proven, economical solution for projects requiring structural strength and moderate corrosion resistance. The zinc coating sacrifices itself to protect the steel beneath—ensuring long-term durability even in tough environments.

Applications

Galvanneal: Zinc-Iron Alloy Steel

When a smooth, paintable surface is required, galvanneal is the material of choice.

Produced by annealing galvanized steel to fuse the zinc with the base metal, galvanneal forms a uniform zinc-iron alloy coating that resists peeling and provides excellent adhesion for paints and coatings.

Advantages of Galvanneal

Galvanneal is widely used for painted panels, custom trim, and enclosures where both durability and aesthetic appearance matter.

We don’t ship parts — we ship solutions that install clean, fit right, and save time.
