Aluminum Extrusions: Precision, Performance, and Custom Solutions
ASCO Fabrication Processes

Aluminum extrusions are the cornerstone of lightweight, corrosion-resistant solutions for industries ranging from construction to manufacturing. At ASCO, we supply high-quality standard and custom aluminum extrusions, including 6061-T6 structural profiles and 6063-T5 architectural designs. With an extensive inventory and strong partnerships with trusted mills, we’re your reliable source for everything from common shapes to hard-to-find profiles.

Whether you need extrusions for load-bearing applications, decorative accents, or custom projects, ASCO’s expertise ensures you get the materials you need—on time and to your exact specifications.

6063-T5 Architectural Extrusions

6063-T5 is known as the "Architectural Alloy" for its superior finish quality, corrosion resistance, and ease of shaping. It is perfect for decorative and architectural applications.

6063-T5 alloy is considerably softer than 6061-T6, which makes it easier to form.

6063-T5 Alloy Extrusions’ have a smooth finish that readily accepts anodizing, powder coating, and paint with an exceptional outcome.

6061-T6 Structural Extusions

6061-T6 is a versatile alloy that balances strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability, making it ideal for heavy-duty structural applications. ASCO offers 6061 extrusions in two major standard profiles:

American Standard Shapes: Features tapered flanges and thinner profiles, commonly used in industrial and load-bearing applications.

Aluminum Association Shapes: Uniform profiles with thicker flanges, providing extra strength and compatibility with industry-standard designs.
