Project: Time Out Bar & Grill, Livonia, MI
Aluminum Supply Company worked directly with the owner of Time Out Bar & Grill to design and fabricate metal used in construction of this building. ASCO employees were sent to the job site to measure custom awnings, wall panels, bar step, and bar tray.
Custom Awnings: Using the measurements, Aluminum Supply designed and fabricated a framework that would support the panel/trim system. The panel system itself is a tried and tested PAC CLAD © SNAP-ON STANDING SEAM. This economical system is perfect for small scale projects due to the ease of installation.
Wall Panels: Throughout the interior walls of Time Out Bar & Grill are fluted aluminum wall panels. ASCO sheared sheets of this patterned aluminum used to create the walls. The combination of metal and wood give the interior a modern look, and they are also easy to clean.
Bar Step and Face: Fabricated from Diamond Plate, the bar step and face were formed to cover the whole front of the bar. For this ASCO welded the miters, giving it a one piece look. (Pictures Coming Soon)
Bar tray: Along the server side of the bar runs a custom formed stainless steel tray system. ASCO was supplied a sample of the bar to create a tray that would fit along it. The miters were welded to allow a continuous water tight run to the drain. (Pictures Coming Soon)
